Aria - NVDA reads "section" in some elements

I'm working on the accessibility part with my webpage and i have an issue with the screenreader.

It reads 'section' at the end of an elmenet or when for example i press a button.

I made an invisible span so the screenreader can read 'my info is open' after pressing enter. But at the end it says "my info is open section"

here is the span that i did, i don't know how to make it so NVDA doesn't read that word, someone knows?

                      class="close-button-only-sr">My info is open</span>  ```
