emulateTransitionEnd JQuery custom function prototype in Monster Admin Template make Bootstrap doesn't work for some Windows OS's

I'm using Monster Admin Template in a Django Project and getting a bug depending on specific Windows versions. Until now I can reproduce the bug in Windows Server 16 and Windows 10 Pro.

In one of the Monster Admin javascript files (sidebarmenu.js) there's a function, setTransitionEndSupport, defined as:

function setTransitionEndSupport() {
  transition = transitionEndTest();
  $.fn.emulateTransitionEnd = transitionEndEmulator;

  if (Util.supportsTransitionEnd()) {
    $.event.special[Util.TRANSITION_END] = getSpecialTransitionEndEvent();
  }
}

Using Chrome 93.0.4577.82, and Windows Server 2016, for example, the bootstrap nav > tab > pills components don't work.

Commenting out the line $.fn.emulateTransitionEnd = transitionEndEmulator; the tabs transitions work, but the Monster Admin Sidebar menu stops working.

The function setTransitionEndSupport is also defined in Bootstrap 4. So possibly the redefinition of it is causing the bug. But the wired thing is that it occurs only in some Windows versions. It doesn't happen in GNU/Linux. At least in Ubuntu and Debian.

Anyone has had some issue like mine?

PS: No error or warning in javascript console.
