Cómo cambiar el color del botón con otro botón en Javascript

Tengo 4 botones y quiero con uno de los botones cambiar el color de fondo del otro botón.

Por ejemplo: cuando hago clic en el botón 1, los botones 2, 3 y 4 cambian de color a negro, rojo y amarillo.
