ExpertPDF HtmlToPDF not executing javascript on conversion

We've been using expertpdf with ASP.net MVC to generate PDF files of some of our report pages. So far we've been successful in creating a PDF off of static HTML strings to circumvent any authorization issues we could face if we just provided a URL. We set the BaseURL property to allow the library to resolve the CSS files we've been using.

The issue we're currently having is that we've added a d3 chart to one of the reports and want to print the chart along with the entire report. The d3 javascript are all in working order when we navigate to the report, however, expertPDF can't seem to call the function. No SVGs are included in the generated PDF file.

The script executes on the short-hand version of document.ready for jQuery.

We've tried debugging by adding console logs in the javascript inside the script tag as well as inside of the ready function. Neither are detected by ExpertPDF when we access the PDFConverter.ConversionSummary.ConsoleLog.

We are using the default WebKit as the rendering engine for expertpdf.

We have confirmed the svg elements are rendered fine by ExpertPDF, the only dilemma is having the javscript for d3 execute during conversion to create those svg elements.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
