luckyorange analytics is capturing static content not javascript version

I integrated a new luckyorange to my site https://supersourcing.com This looking like this https://www.loom.com/share/e3331dc1263f4d61af345e658109ad63

I have asked support how to fix this *

"thanks for that additional detail and more than happy to assist. It looks like your site is caching your CSS files and that is why it isn't displaying any of the styling for your site. In order to make the recordings look correct, you will need to make sure we have access to those cached files to be able to view them in recordings."

I asked again how to fix that, answer was

That can be a tricky questions because it is different for every customer depending on how you have set up your site to store the CSS, images, etc. With that said, you are likely using a CDN for those files (something like CloudFront). You will need to configure that to give us access to the cached files. Someone on your dev team should have an idea how this is done and should be able to help navigate through this process to make those files available to Lucky Orange.
