Grouping diagram elements

I am using react-flow library and I want to group elements so that they will belong to the same groupe like I add an attribute of group: 'g1' to all elements that were dragged over that square element and when I move the square all elements inside it should also move with it.

Is there any way to such thing like get the position of the dragged element and calculate whether it's on top of the element or something like that.

If there is another library that can perform such thing and can be integrated along with react-flow, I would appreciate if you suggest it to me.
