In Chromium-based browsers user can give access to screen or window for streaming using Chromium's getDisplayMedia() method. When user send request for streaming, LocalDOMWindow appears with a list of all opened windows (not only-browser tabs) where user can choose specific screen/window for capturing. Every window has it's own unique id that was generated by browser. My task is to get list of opened windows with ids and window titles using JS injection.

Is there some opportunity to get such list? (For example, using ViolentMonkey extension for Chromium)

I'm using Linux-based OS and Vivaldi Browser.
