¿Cómo usar if ($(this).val() == "id1"|| $(this).val() == "id2") con SQL DB return?

Usando una función .change

 <script type="text/javascript"> $("#id_product").change(function() { if ($(this).val() == "id1" || $(this).val() == "id2" ... ) { $('#Div').show(); $('#Label').show(); } else { $('#Div').hide(); $('#Label').hide(); } }); $("#id_product").trigger("change"); </script>

que funciona bien, ¿cómo debo proceder para obtener id1, id2, etc. de una solicitud de SQL en lugar de escribirlos en javascript?

Solicitud del servidor SQL:

 SELECT [scd_name],[id_pole],[id_scd] FROM [DatabaseName].[dbo].[scd]

Esto funciona bien y me devuelve los valores deseados en la columna id_scd.
