Apimedic: API for Symptoms Checker doesn't redirect to the select specific specialization

Need help!!!! I don't know the reason why when I select specialization, the specId always 0. It open blank page with this link every time, "sample_specialisation_page/specId0.html".

Here the code: https://github.com/priaid-eHealth/symptomchecker/commit/9563ccd0645ee1143d336ad7fdacc72ba311cb6b , you can also read my comment there.

and this might the problem: (which I turn it to comment, result still the same)

        var specList = jQuery("<ul/>", { "class": "spec_list" });

        if (!includeAllSpec) {
            $.each(specialisation, function () {
                specListElement = jQuery("<li/>", {
                });
                var spec = jQuery("<a/>", {
                    "text": this.Name,
                    //TODO possible implementations:
                    //"href": specUrl + "/" + this.Name + "/" + this.ID
                    //"href": specUrl + "?specId=" + this.SpecialistID
                    "href": specUrl  + "/" + "specId" + this.SpecialistID + ".html"
                });

                specListElement.append(spec);
                specList.append(specListElement);
            });
        }
        else {
            var specNames = new Array();
            $.each(specialisation, function () {
                specNames.push(this.Name);
            });
            $.each(specialisation, function () {
                specListElement = jQuery("<li/>", {
                });
                var spec = jQuery("<a/>", {
                    "text": this.Name,
                    "href": specUrl + "?specs=" + JSON.stringify(specNames)
                });

                specListElement.append(spec);
                specList.append(specListElement);
            });
        } ```
