I can't load Less CSS to my website, what should I do?

So, I've been trying to make a website with Less CSS.
I couldn't get it working with this HTML.

@UmairFarooq's reply helped me figure this out: I was pretty dumb.

How did I fix it?
The answer is pretty simple.

I loaded less in your HTML using this command:
<script src="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/less.js/4.1.3/less.min.js"></script>
I opened a live server using Python 3.10: if you have Python installed with system path, you can open a live server on your HTML directory by writing this command in command prompt:
python -m http.server 80
And, finally, I opened it in my browser: localhost
