Cómo extraer valores web de una etiqueta de secuencia de comandos y/o consola

Tengo un programa de python ejecutándose en heroku/flask. Básicamente, recibo dos webhooks. El primer webhook inicia un cronómetro. El segundo webhook debe capturar el valor actual del cronómetro.

Estoy luchando por tomar el valor actual del cronómetro. Parece que hay dos opciones. Obtenga el valor de la variable real a través de webscraping o imprima los valores en la consola y tómelos desde allí. Estaba pensando en usar Sopa hermosa, pero no estaba seguro de cómo obtener el valor real cuando el cronómetro está funcionando.

El siguiente código muestra mi archivo html que estoy renderizando usando python. ¿Cómo puedo tomar la variable 'seg' específica del programa cuando el cronómetro está funcionando? ¿O cómo puedo obtener información que se está imprimiendo en la consola?
