Extraer ubuntu: 21.10 todavía funciona bien.

¿Qué está causando esto y cómo se puede evitar?

He estado usando docker:latest desde hace más de un año y la primera vez que las cosas fallaron por completo durante una nueva implementación debido a la suposición de que una imagen oficial de docker "simplemente funciona".
