Intenté ejecutar "VCBuild.exe"

Mi entorno:

• Windows 10 favorable X64

• nodo v7.9.0-x64

• estudio visual 2017

Entonces, acabo de ejecutar este comando.

 $npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

Pero no funciona. Los errores están abajo:
