Desinstalé apache, php, mysql, proftpd, wordpress, cerbot y letsencrypt para obtener una nueva instalación de apache.

Después de desinstalar todos los paquetes y reinstalar apache, recibí este error:

Traté de eliminar todos los paquetes relacionados con Apache por

 sudo apt-get remove apache2 sudo apt autoremove

pero esto tampoco funcionó.
