mode_deflate is not there in httpd.conf file

I have installed mode_deflate in my centos 8 using command $ sudo apachectl -t -D DUMP_MODULES | grep deflate.

The output generated after running the above command is deflate_module (shared).

Deflate Module is installed in /etc/httpd/modules/mod_deflate.so

And in file /etc/httpd/conf.modules.d/00-base.conf , the line LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so is not commented.

I run the command httpd -t -D DUMP_MODULES, and the output has the line deflate_module (shared).

But the problem is, in httpd.conf file , LoadModule deflate_module modules/mod_deflate.so line is not there,

Can u please help me why this has happend?
