Apache server- https error but http works fine

I am trying to configure Apache (Wamp64 installation) for secure https operations.

I followed steps in url https://zuziko.com/tutorials/how-to-enable-https-ssl-on-wamp-server/

after configuration http://localhost continues to work but https://localhost (secure) This site can’t provide a secure connection

Investigating results: httpd -k start [Thu Jul 29 15:27:39.450164 2021] [mpm_winnt:error] [pid 9524:tid 140] (OS 2)The system cannot find the file specified. : AH00436: No installed service named "Apache2.4".

commands tried out httpd -t System OK httpd -S - lists display, no errors

Looking for suggestions on the subject to resolve https issue
