Htaccess rewrite ssid hash to prevent bad matching

I have this old url :

http://www.domaine.com/index.php/cPath/13/SessionSid/3a56bd633c7826896d40a4809d353370

That can have multiple forms like those :

http://www.domaine.com/index.php/keyword/cPath/13/SessionSid/3a56bd633c7826896d40a4809d353370
http://www.domaine.com/index.php/keyword/cPath/13
http://www.domaine.com/index.php/cPath/13

That should be redirected to the new URL : https://www.domaine.com/12-url2

But my problem is when i have session hash in URL it can match with other many redirects.

However, i tried to rewrite hash to nothing to prevent all my others rules by ID to match with it but i can't obtain it with any Flag i've tested.

This is an extract of my htacess :

RewriteEngine on

RewriteRule (.*)/[a-f0-9]{32} $1

RedirectMatch 301 (.*)cPath(.*)96(.*) https://www.domaine.com/42-url1

RedirectMatch 301 (.*)cPath(.*)13(.*) https://www.domaine.com/12-url2

Can anyone help me please ?
