cPanel vhost include file format - how to alias a directory?

I'm not a regular user of cPanel/WHM but one of my clients is hosting on it.

The site has some quite custom apache config needs.

I've managed to change the document root by editing the file at:

/var/cpanel/userdata/sitename/sitename.com

But this isn't in the standard apache format (built by Cpanel no doubt).

The format of the file is key : value pairs (a little like YAML).

Can anyone advice the correct syntax in this file to alias a number of directories?

In a typical Apache config I would use:

  Alias /cache/javascript "/Volumes/WebServer/Projects/site.name/codebase/www/cache/js"
  Alias /cache/stylesheets "/Volumes/WebServer/Projects/site.name/codebase/www/cache/css"
