How can i create a page to convert m3u_plus link to xtream code api format

For example this link when i input in the website:

http://yourdns:80/get.php?username=XXXXX&password=HHHHH&type=m3u&output=ts

Should give me the result

username: XXXXXX

password: HHHHHH

http://yourdns:80

And vice versa if i input the 2nd values Should give the same as first link also i should be able to click to copy the results in both cases
