Knockout js. Trying to use If inside foreach

I am trying to do a string search in my foreach statement, if x inc (Overseer) make the text blue, else, leave as normal. however, when I run this, none of the names show up.

<!-- ko foreach: Staffs -->
<!-- ko if: $index().contains('(Overseer)')-->
<div class="col-sm-11 col-sm-offset-1" style="color: blue"><span data-bind="text: Text"></span></div>
<!-- /ko -->
<!-- ko ifnot: $index().contains('(Overseer)')-->
<div class="col-sm-11 col-sm-offset-1"><span data-bind="text: Text"></span></div>
<!-- /ko -->
