How to check whether iframe was loaded or not to make a loader?

I'm using react(nextjs) and putting my blockquote tags on the page. These blockquotes are downloading iframes inside so i cant just put onLoad event on iframes in my react component cuz they are downloading dynamically on the page. I tried the way explained here, but it didn't help

This is my blockquote that i only have in my code, so iframe is downloading inside that section tag
