How do I make a simple HTML + Javascript voting system that updates across devices?

The Issue: My goal seems simple, but i've struggled to find a solution that isn't either dated, or overengineered.

The Project: Two outfits are submitted, and their images are displayed. Underneath each photo, is a "Vote" button which can be clicked to add a vote to a database.

The Goal: My goal is to have a system where when this button is clicked, the number of votes for that outfit is displayed, and your vote is added. Once the vote is added, anyone accessing the site would see the updated count.

Optimally, I would like a way to get a bit more data on the voter like a name or voting date but this could probably come later.

for this you have to create a database where you can store users vote if a user clicks on vote button you have to increase the counter by one or if you want to add some more checks you can have user email so you can make a check that if a user voted once so he cannot vote with same email id again this can prevent multivoting at minor level
