La propiedad 'seleccionar' no existe en el tipo 'HTMLSelectElement'. Quiso decir 'onselect'

Tengo un código jquery, quiero convertirlo a javascript puro, pero recibo un error.

¿Cómo puedo resolver este problema? Probé todas las soluciones pero no pude solucionarlo.
