I have tried to make clickable items in a parallax mouse scroll effect, but it seems it doesn't work. To be honest I am just using the jQuery library, and I don't know how to use CSS, but I am learning. I want to do like a menu with parallax mouse scroll effect, with images and buttons, but when the library is working the function of link or click stops working.
