I created custom select where I can select hour and minutes but I would like to add 12 and 24 hour format there. How can I detect if user system time format is 12 hours or 24 hours? I tried using toLocaleString but even if I change my system time format to 12 hours it still gives me 24 hours like 14:00 or 18:00. How can I achieve it? Are there any libraries that I can use? Is it really that hard to just get users time format?
