Dynamic Google Form Selections

I am in the process of creating a dynamic questionnaire for my interior architecture clients. Put simply, they are prompted to select which room type they'd like to survey via multiple choice. My ideal survey would eliminate choices after selecting one of those options.

What I've seen while researching solutions are scripts and plug-ins that remove options from being displayed after they reach their cap. This is unhelpful to me because the changes only happen after the form has been submitted instead of after the section has been completed.

I need to do it this way because I've split my questionnaire sections by room type, and would like to be able to return to the 'rooms selection' section with an updated list of rooms that the client has not yet surveyed. I want every client who takes this quiz to have the same access to all selections, but an independently chosen experience based on their needs.

I would be so grateful for a script that enables this function or at least confirmation that this method isn't viable with Google Forms. I've looked at some other conditional survey alternatives but not as closely. If one of those would be more advisable for my type of survey, I'd be equally grateful for the suggestion.
