I have a zipped folder that has over 8,000 CSV files. Date and time in the 2nd column of the spreadsheets are destroyed

I have tried several things like excel power query and excel command prompt. But the only way I can seem to get the date and time is to go in manually and format the column. I have created a folder with about 20 files to experiment with. Help I don’t want to do this manually. Let me know if I should go to another forum.
