VBA Excel compare a cell against a range and copy value from adjacent cell if value is found. Leave the field blank if no matching value is found

I have a set of data in columns A, B and D through H. I am looping through each value in column D and if a match is found in Column A, I am copying the value from B (adjacent cell) and pasting it in Column H (Colns E, F, & G have pre-existing values that need not be removed). If no matching value is found, I want to skip to next value in Column D and continue my search on Column A.

Additionally, Column A may have a new value which is not in Coln. D. I want to add the new value at the end in Coln. D and its corresponding value from Column B to Coln. H.

How do I do it using Excel VBA?
