I have just shared a gif this is the kind of scrolling effect I want to have I have rich text field editor continuous content in between the content I want to put some banners although I am making this project on next js just tell so that if some npm package exists to solve this issue then it would be great other wise normal HTML CSS also will work i will customize that for my need
