How do I create an object for each users in my model?

I am making a notepad app. In my model folder, I have a note and user model. the note title is set to unique. When a user uses "bla" as the title of his note, other users would be unable to use "bla" as their title because there can be only one "bla" in the database. How can I apply the "unique" to have an effect on only each user? in a way that each user should have unique titles that do not apply to other users.? I need ideas. <3 I am thinking about making an object for each user on the database and each object would hold the user's values. I don't even know. Help me out.
