How do i display the geo chart labels when hover on the region on the map?

I have an array called countryData that contains Countries and Popularity values
enter image description here

This is my geo chart function :

 google.charts.load('current', {
                        'packages': ['geochart'],
                    });
                    google.charts.setOnLoadCallback(drawRegionsMap);

                    function drawRegionsMap() {
                        var data = google.visualization.arrayToDataTable(
                            [
                                ['Country', 'Popularity'],
                                ...countryData
                            ]
                        );

                        var options = {
                            defaultColor: 'rgb(0,0,0)'
                        };

                        var chart = new google.visualization.GeoChart(document.getElementById('regions_div'));

                        chart.draw(data, options);
                    }

The data is correctly displayed on the map but when hover on them it shows only the value without the name of the country Am i missing something ?
