Acumular valor por tipos en objetos

Tengo una matriz que contiene objetos para que cada objeto tenga un tipo diferente (tipo de pared). Estoy tratando de acumular el valor total de cada área para verificar el área total de cada pared:

Solo tiene que iterar su matriz de paredes. En mi caso, uso un bucle foreach y le agrego los objetos con los totales.
