A web application for workflow management will be designed and implemented. The workflow management system will provide an infrastructure for creating, executing and monitoring a defined sequence of tasks, arranged as a workflow application. Since the popularity of working from home (online) has grown, more and more companies need customized workflow management or employee guidance applications. This greatly helps the HR team and automates many processes that can be very demanding and repetitive. The general aims and objectives of the software project are: optimizing the continuous activity of the workers (increasing productivity, fair distribution and reducing the effort per employee); optimal management of the bureaucratic activities of the organization (minimizing the impact on labor productivity); monitoring the related intra-organizational processes, exporting process reports. Other general design and deployment requirements (features and functions): a database that will save relevant information, a user account management service that will authenticate users, and an application-specific file management module, web interface. which will run in the user's browser. To validate the solution, a prototype of the system will be designed and implemented over one real operating platform used with open source (optional). The activity also involves the following: knowledge of the basics of designing and implementing web applications (software architectures, databases eg mongoDB, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, NodeJS, etc.); medium knowledge of English and availability for individual documentation and study using the Google search platform; the desire for self-improvement. This is the project that I have to do.
