Note that this is not a duplicate of this. I'm not looking to access chrome:// URLs but chrome-extension:// URLs.

As you know, if an extension contains HTML files(such as their settings page), when opened, the URL will be something like chrome-extension://bmbnfjamasdjhedsadilmpacdldjcbikip/src/options.html

Is there any way I can have an extension which could run a content scripts on OTHER EXTENSIONS' HTML files? That is, I have an extension with a content script, and by somehow configuring the manifest, this content script will run on all OTHER extensions' chrome-extension:// pages. Is this possible? If so, how?
