Declaration on Extend Express Request Object with Typescript

My question is... Is possible use more than one object inside interface Request or how must I do? Ex: folder: @types, folder: express, file: index.d.ts

    declare namespace Express {
      export interface Request {
        a: {
          id: string;
        };
       b: {
          id: string;
       };
      }
    }

This way doesn't work. Just one of them. If I try to use request.a.id = receive something. Can work. But, if I try this one request.b.id = receive something, not is possible to recover. Is there other way? Thanks ;-)
