As shown attached image I need to plot ship route along with wind direction (wind barb) for the given data using leaflet

requirements

1. All markers should be in the shape of arrow, all marker arrows should point in the direction of the ship.
2. Wind direction (wind barb) should be added along with marker (arrow).
