JS: Pass by reference when storing promises?

I have an array I am using to store Promises and resolving them later with Promise.all.
I have one Promise that calls an API with a local array: this.getImageData.getMetrics([this.allNames]);

If I push that to my array:

this.myPromises.push(this.getImageData.getMetrics([this.allNames]));

and BEFORE I run Promise.all, I push more names to this.allNames, is that variable updates in that Promise above or is that reference only reflect the names in that allNames array at the time I pushed and nothing after?
