No error messesage, but not sending any mail

I am daily send confirm messages and weekly newsletter. Hosting my one websites (20) windows server2012

All 20 sites are not working by using that script or similar scripts. I have also tried smtp.gmail.com with my account. Do you have any idea went went wrong in de last past weeks. and how to solve it.

In order to test I have using telnet smtp.ziggo.nl 587 and get my ip adres as respons but EHLO ziggo.nl STARTTLS AUTH LOGIN it stops
