I am new to coding but have recently started trying to learn Angular or React frame works. This has lead me to a 2 questions. (I’m sorry if its basic or dumb)

When I started programming i was told that inline code was a bad practice. however, I see that when using these frame works you create the element centralizing the CSS, JS and HTML. IS there something I’m missing? or why is this now considered better?

I know that these frameworks render the content on the client side (which I think is amazing) but now I’m learning about Next.JS which makes it a server-side render for SEO. Would this make the server render every page before sending it out on every request or does it only create a image for bots to crawl while leaving the dynamic content to be rendered on the client side?

Again, sorry if these questions are dumb but I just think these frameworks have complicated things instead of making them easier, but that’s why I want to ask since people who are more experienced can see the benefit of using these frameworks. Thank you.
