Is it possible for a page to call on another page to retrieve data?

Here is my dilemma: I would like to have 1 page which retrieves data from a server every 100ms or so (using Javascript). I would then like various other pages to be able to reference the data that that page retrieves. I want to do this because I would only like one page to reference the host continuously, rather than having multiple pages referencing it.

Here is is exactly what I mean:

The server is named "Host", the data page is named "DataPage", and all the other pages are named "P1" "P2" "P3" ect.. I would like "Datapage" to continuously update itself with data from "Host". And I would like P1 P2 and P3 to all retrieve data from the same instance of "Datapage".

Is this possible? Or is there another way to do this that I am not seeing?
