I'm trying to get on my startpage in Chrome a Weatherwidget w/ an icon & a Text, it should look like this: Widget Example

I dont know how to use it right & I didn't found any good tutorials. I want it in the best way in javascript or html. The way to get the data into a string would for me enough (+ imports if needed).
