CKEditor 4 - editor-element-conflict - C#

Using CKEditor 4 in the latest version via NuGet in a C# (VS - 2019) Application.

Everything seems to be fine !

But in the console the following messages are printed

[0523/173233.339:INFO:CONSOLE(21)] "[CKEDITOR] Error code: editor-element-conflict. [object Object]", source: file:///blablabla (21)
[0523/173233.340:INFO:CONSOLE(21)] "[CKEDITOR] For more information about this error go to https://ckeditor.com/docs/ckeditor4/latest/guide/dev_errors.html#editor-element-conflict", source: file:///blablabla (21)

I used the original CKEditor's code sample and so did I !

Does somebody have an explanation ?

I have a basic config.js file.

Thx for your help !
