I downloaded the template fotografy and now building my site on it.

I noticed that the mobile burger menu on the second page (portfolio-single.html) does not open links, however on index.html in the mobile menu everything works fine.

I looked for any errors in the HTML to no avail. I am not able to read JavaScript myself and suspect it to be the problem.
