Is there a way to get an elements position from the HTML doctype?

Is there a way to return the document.querySelector(element name).getBoundingClientRect() coordinates from the HTML doctype. Is this information even stored in the innerHtml/outer Html?

For various complicated reasons executing .getBoundingClientRect() isn't reliably feasible on my particular webpage but downloading the HTML doctype is possible (I'm doing it through puppeteer which returns the full doctype using await page.content() ) The webpage in question has dynamically resizing elements whose height etc is listed in the inspect element as "auto".

I tried using Beautiful Soup to process the doctype but that would only let me find the element and it's text Content (The only things listed in the element when inspecting the DOM of it). Given it's a dynamic element only .getBoundingClientRect() seemed to give the coordinates but I am unable to regularly use that command on the webpage hence why I would like to be able to find that information from the HTML doctype. Does anyone know how to use python Beautiful soup/process the HTML in such a way to find the getBoundingClientRect() coordinates of a dynamically resizing element?
