Basically I want the ability to collect the email, name, number, and any other data in the form to be sent to the corresponding email address. I also want that data to be sent to a list to be stored in the order it came in. I guess what I'm asking is what knowledge of programming do I need to know. Like PHP, SQL, etc, and what specifically should I learn in that language to do this. I imagine this shouldn't be overly complicated. Also I want to know if there is simpler way to do this, if there is a program or plugin out there that does this, not wordpress or wix type(HTML, CSS coded website were talking about). I would like both scenarios.
