I'm building a website to playback podcast audio files. For each podcast I have a list of timestamps with titles that represent chapters. I'd like to display these chapters on the playback timeline. So the aim is to have markers on the timeline that indicate the end of a chapter and the beginning of the next and also display the chapter title (Similar to the chapter feature in youtube).

I've seen that there are some solution for videos however, I can't seem to find a way to replicate for audio playback. I do not mind solutions that would require an external library.
