¿Cómo aplanar Json anidado dinámicamente en copo de nieve o javascript?

Este es un ejemplo del archivo JSON con el que estoy trabajando, tiene alrededor de 600 filas de la misma estructura JSON anidada.

Quiero generar un informe que tenga las claves dentro de PD como nombres de columna. Ejemplo

Puedo generar esta tabla con valores codificados pero quiero hacerlo dinámicamente ya que tenemos varios casos de uso diferentes.

He probado varias soluciones de la web, pero ninguna resuelve esto sin codificación.
