problem with dynamically import image src in webpack

I am trying to import dynamic images in webpack. I had tried this way

  header[headerItem] === "image" &&
  rowData[item] === "null" ?
  require(`../../../Images/download.png`) :
  ext === "JPG" ?
  require("../../../Images/avatars/" +
    filename +
    ".JPG") :
  ext === "png" ?

every time I add a user it throws me this error Cannot find module './use-profileImage-1650990543425.png' It works good if I don't upload any image. Don't know what missing. Any direction please?
