Estoy lanzando Facebook / Duckling a través Command Prompt usando el siguiente código:

Sin embargo, los datos enviados a Duckling no se analizaron debido a la siguiente excepción:

 A web handler threw an exception. Details: TerminateSessionException user error (Text.Regex.PCRE.String died: (21,"invalid UTF-8 string"))

Noté que si ejecuto manualmente el comando: CHCP 65001 en Command Prompt antes de ejecutar: stack exec duckling-example-exe -- -p port resuelve el problema y los datos se analizan como se esperaba.

Intenté replicar esto al iniciar Duckling mediante programación:

 rt.exec("cmd.exe /c start /min CHCP 65001 && " + cmd, null, new File(dir));

Sin embargo, Duckling ya no se inicia cuando agrego CHCP 65001 antes del comando principal.

¿Cómo puedo replicar el lanzamiento de Duckling con: CHCP 65001 ?
