I want to be able to reach a partial from another partial

partials
  stuff-to-share
    file-I-want-to-share-.hbs
  share-stuff-here
    file-I-want-to-share-to.hbs

So far with putting different partials in the templates is that the links are relative, is there a way to get it from another partial?
